Most days have multiple route options available.
Day 1 (Silverton Train)
Ascend Molas Pass (10,917’) & Coal Bank Pass (10,640’) on your journey to catch the Durango - Express Train back to town. That’s right, catch the train back! Train tickets are included in rider registration.

Day 1 (Molas Return)
Experience the same breathtaking views as the Silverton Train, but with the added challenge of riding 90 miles and climbing nearly 8,000 feet.
Special Note: We are aware of a CDOT project scheduled for the summer of ‘25. As a result, there is a possibility that the turnaround location will be adjusted.
Day 2 (Durango Short Loop)
Cyclists will enjoy a 44 mile route around the greater Durango area. You will experience the Durango Culture and keep the legs moving after an epic day 1.

Day 2 (Durango Long Loop)
If you just can’t get enough we’ve got some extra miles for you! Keep the party going with 64 miles of genuine Colorado riding.

Day 3 (Pagosa Hot Springs)
The peloton heads for a two night stay Pagosa Springs. Riders will travel through some of the most authentic old west terrain Colorado has to offer. Ready for the hot springs? Oh ya!
Day 4 (Wolf Creek Pass)
Oh the allure of Wolf Creek Pass! After an evening of soaking in the hot springs, riders will be treated to a beautiful morning climb past treasure falls to the summit of Wolf Creek Pass (10,857’).
Day 5 (Chimney Rock)
Take me home James! 2%-3% grades will take riders past Chimney Rock back to Durango. Join us at the finish line for an all new, updated experience!
